Cheddar Taters

Total Time: 46 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 36 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 large potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch strips
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 place potato strips in greased 13x9 baking pan.
  • 2 pour the milk over potatoes.
  • 3 dot with butter.
  • 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 5 cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes, until tender.
  • 6 sprinkle with cheese, parsley and paprika.
  • 7 bake, uncovered for 6 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
