Ingredients

- 3 large potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch strips
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 place potato strips in greased 13x9 baking pan.
- 2 pour the milk over potatoes.
- 3 dot with butter.
- 4 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 5 cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes, until tender.
- 6 sprinkle with cheese, parsley and paprika.
- 7 bake, uncovered for 6 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
