Chicken, Chili- Potato Casserole

Ingredients

- 3 cups prepared chili with beans
- 1 cup roasted chicken, shredded
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 spray a 9-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- 3 carefully spread the chili over the bottom of the pan.
- 4 sprinkle the shredded chicken over the chili.
- 5 mix the mashed potatoes and cream cheese together and then spread that over the chicken and chili.
- 6 cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- 7 remove the aluminum foil and sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips over the top of the mashed potatoes.
- 8 return to the oven for 5-10 minutes or until the top of the casserole is golden.
