Chunky Potato Bacon Soup

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen southern style hash browns, potato chunks,thawed
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 6 ounces cubed processed cheese
  • 5 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine potatoes, milk, soup, cheese, bacon and the worcestershire sauce in a large soup pot.
  • 2 heat to boiling over med high heat, stirring often.
  • 3 boil while stirring until the cheese melts.
  • 4 add in salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 sprinkle more bacon over bowls of soup, if desired.
