- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large nonstick skillet, cook the cilantro and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute.
- 2 add the potatoes; cook until tender and lightly browned.
- 3 drain, sprinkle with salt, enjoy.
