Chicken And Vegetable Hotpot

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 400 g chicken
  • 350 g vegetables
  • 60 g chicken soup powder
  • 500 g potatoes, sliced
  • 30 g butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 place the chicken, vegetables, and soup mix into a large pan with 600ml water.
  • 2 stir well; bring to a boil; and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3 meanwhile, cook the potato slices in a pan of lightly salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
  • 4 preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit/180 degrees celsius/gas 4.
  • 5 spoon the chicken mixture into a casserole dish.
  • 6 arrange the potato slices over the top.
  • 7 brush with the melted butter.
  • 8 bake for 1 hour until the potatoes are golden.
