Chicken And Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 chicken breasts
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 5 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 turnip, sliced
- 1 parsnip, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 (420 g) can chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- parsley
- thyme
- 4 eggs
Recipe
- 1 keep eggs, you only add them to the soup later.
- 2 mix all the ingredients (except the eggs) and bring to the boil.
- 3 simmer for about 1 hour. when potatoes are soft, add the eggs (not beaten but whole).
- 4 simmer for a further 10 minutes.
- 5 to serve make sure everyone gets the soup potatoe and 1 egg.
