Ingredients
- 3 lbs whole chickens
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole tomatoes, with sauce
- 1/2 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in a large pot.
- 2 add all ingredients
- 3 bring to boil cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender.
- 4 serve over top of potatoes or rice.
- 5 note: for gluten free use gluten free soy sauce and gluten free tomatoes.
