Ingredients
- 4 lbs beef roast
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon cracked pepper
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules or 6 beef bouillon cubes
- potato (optional)
- carrot (optional)
Recipe
- 1 brown beef in oil,
- 2 sprinkle with pepper.
- 3 add water & boullion.
- 4 heat to boiling,
- 5 reduce heat cover simmer on top range or cook 325* til tender approx 3 hours. if wish add vegetables before cook.
