Chicken And Onion Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs chicken, cut up
  • 34 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen small whole onions
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken pieces,skin side up, in a 12x7 inch baking dish.
  • 2 stir together soup, parsley and poultry seasoning; stir in onions.
  • 3 spoon over chicken.
  • 4 bake, covered, at 350 till chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
  • 5 stir sauce; sprinkle with paprika.
  • 6 serve with mashed potatoes or hot cooked rice, if desired.
