Ingredients

- 2 1/2-3 lbs chicken, cut up
- 34 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups frozen small whole onions
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 place chicken pieces,skin side up, in a 12x7 inch baking dish.
- 2 stir together soup, parsley and poultry seasoning; stir in onions.
- 3 spoon over chicken.
- 4 bake, covered, at 350 till chicken is tender, about 1 hour.
- 5 stir sauce; sprinkle with paprika.
- 6 serve with mashed potatoes or hot cooked rice, if desired.
