- 4 cups potatoes, cubed,cooked
- 8 ounces yogurt, plain
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese; spoon into a 9 inch baking pan.
- 2 top with cheddar cheese.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
