Ingredients

- 12 potatoes, made into mashed potatoes
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 beaten eggs
Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes and mash.
- 2 in a saucepan cook and stir butter, cheese, milk and salt until smooth.
- 3 stir into potatoes.
- 4 fold into eggs.
- 5 pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
- 6 bake uncovered@ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
