Cheese Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet over medium heat, saute potatoes in butter until almost tender and lightly browned.
  • 2 sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 add milk.
  • 4 simmer uncovered until milk is absorbed.
