- 1 pint half-and-half cream
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 lbs ore ida hash browns, thawed
Recipe
- 1 heat half & half, velveeta, and butter over low hear until melted.
- 2 put potatoes in 9x13 pan.
- 3 pour cheese mixture over potatoes; gently stir.
- 4 bake at 350°f for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
