Cheese Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pint half-and-half cream
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 lbs ore ida hash browns, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 heat half & half, velveeta, and butter over low hear until melted.
  • 2 put potatoes in 9x13 pan.
  • 3 pour cheese mixture over potatoes; gently stir.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
