Boulangerie Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs potatoes, sliced
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 lb onion
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups chicken stock

Recipe

  • 1 sauté the potatoes in hot oil until golden; drain.
  • 2 sauté the onions in the butter until soft.
  • 3 layer the potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
  • 4 add the stock and garnish. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. this is best in a stoneware casserole dish.
