Baked Rutabaga "fries"

Ingredients
- 1 medium rutabaga
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash seasoning mix, blend (regular flavor)
- 1 teaspoon garlic granules
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 475.
- 2 peel rutabaga and cut into fries as you would with potatoes.
- 3 place into large bowl.
- 4 coat them with the oil.
- 5 add seasonings and combine.
- 6 place on large baking sheet, lined with non stick foil.
- 7 should be one layer.
- 8 bake 30-40 minute
- 9 serve hot.
