Breakfast Burrito With Green Beans

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 potato, cooked
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup french style green bean
- 1 cup cheese, shredded (optional)
- 4 flour tortillas
Recipe
- 1 saute onion in butter until translucent.
- 2 dice cooked potato into small pieces; add to onion.
- 3 take out of pan.
- 4 scramble eggs. pour into pan; cook slow.
- 5 add drained green beans.
- 6 add onion mixture.
- 7 heat tortillas.
- 8 divide egg mixture onto tortilla; make burrito.
- 9 serve with salsa.
- 10 add cheese while cooking if you want.
