- 4 -5 lbs potatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 4 -6 tablespoons half-and-half or 4 -6 tablespoons milk, as needed

Recipe
- 1 peel and cube potatoes.
- 2 boil until tender.
- 3 drain and mash.
- 4 beat in cream cheese til smooth.
- 5 stir in rest of ingredients.
- 6 serve hot.
