Ingredients

- 6 -8 potatoes, boiled
- 1 cup scallion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 4 -8 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cook scallions in milk until soft.
- 2 mash freshly-boiled potatoes; add hot milk and cooked scallions.
- 3 season to taste.
