Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

- 5 lbs potatoes, peeled, washed and diced
- 8 ounces honey butter
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 peel, wash and dice potatoes.
- 2 place potatoes into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat just a smidgen (to prevent boil over), cover and let boil for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are very tender.
- 4 drain and add back to pan.
- 5 mix in the cream cheese, honey butter, whipping cream, salt and pepper with a potato masher or mixer.
- 6 enjoy!
