Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 lb bacon or 1 lb ham, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 squeeze excess moisture from potatoes.
- 2 mix potatoes and melted butter.
- 3 press into 13x9 baking pan, coated with cooking spray. bake at 425°f for 25 minutes.
- 4 remove from oven.
- 5 sprinkle bacon or ham and cheese over potatoes.
- 6 beat together eggs & milk.
- 7 pour egg mixture over meat & cheese.
- 8 bake an additional 30 minutes or until set.
