Breakfast Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 lb bacon or 1 lb ham, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 squeeze excess moisture from potatoes.
  • 2 mix potatoes and melted butter.
  • 3 press into 13x9 baking pan, coated with cooking spray. bake at 425°f for 25 minutes.
  • 4 remove from oven.
  • 5 sprinkle bacon or ham and cheese over potatoes.
  • 6 beat together eggs & milk.
  • 7 pour egg mixture over meat & cheese.
  • 8 bake an additional 30 minutes or until set.
