Breakfast In A Crock Pot

Total Time: 10 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 32 ounces frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb cooked lean ham, cubed or 1 lb cooked bacon
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 divide potatoes, ham, vegetables and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot.
  • 2 start with the hash browns, then ham, onions, peppers and lastly cheese.
  • 3 repeat until you have several layers of each.
  • 4 beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • 5 pour this over the layers in the crock pot.
  • 6 cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight.
