Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 32 ounces frozen hash browns
- 1 lb cooked lean ham, cubed or 1 lb cooked bacon
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 divide potatoes, ham, vegetables and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot.
- 2 start with the hash browns, then ham, onions, peppers and lastly cheese.
- 3 repeat until you have several layers of each.
- 4 beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- 5 pour this over the layers in the crock pot.
- 6 cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight.
