Chardonnay Chicken

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- skinless chicken breast
- worcestershire sauce
- zatarain's creole seasoning
- butter, pats
- onion, sliced
- meat tenderizer
- thyme (crushed)
- chardonnay wine (i used ernest & julio gallo)
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in a glass baking dish.
- 2 sprinkle each breast with worcestershire sauce (to taste).
- 3 top with the following:.
- 4 meat tenderizer.
- 5 zatarain's creole seasoning (to taste).
- 6 thyme.
- 7 place an onion slice on each breast along with a pat of butter.
- 8 pour wine to side of each breast, i usually pour enough wine around to half submerge each piece.
- 9 bake at 350 oven until chicken is tender/done.
- 10 about 30 minutes.
- 11 "broth"can be used as a gravy for creamed potatoes.
- 12 mmmmmm!
- 13 serve with broccoli/cheese& creamed potatoes.
- 14 my kids love it!
