Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 1/2-2 cups hot mashed potatoes, made with
• milk
• butter, and
• salt and pepper
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons half-and-half
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
• durkee french fried onion rings (use the whole can or to taste)
• 3/4-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 set oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 butter a 1-qt baking dish.
• 3 in a bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder; mix well.
• 4 spoon half into a greased baking dish, then layer with half of onion rings and cheese.
• 5 repeat layers.
• 6 bake uncovered for 30-35 mins or until cheese is melted.
