- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 280 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
Recipe
- 1 heat oil and sauté the veg until the onion is transparent.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
- 3 simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
- 4 liquidise and thin with milk if desired.
