Breakfast Pizza

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage in a large skillet, drain. set aside.
  • 2 separate crescent rolls and press into a greased 12-15 inch pizza pan with sides (put points toward center).
  • 3 seal seams to form a solid crust.
  • 4 par bake crust for 5 minutes.
  • 5 spoon sausage over crust.
  • 6 sprinkle hash browns and cheese over crust.
  • 7 combine eggs, milk ,salt and pepper in a separate bowl. whisk to combine.
  • 8 pour over crust.
  • 9 bake in a preheated 375°f oven for 20-30 minutes.
