- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 simmer potatoes until fork tender.
- 2 heat buttermilk and butter.
- 3 mash potatoes and slowly add buttermilk and butter.
- 4 season with salt, pepper, and fresh chives.
