Cap City Diner's Buttermilk-chive Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 quarts diced potatoes
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 simmer potatoes until fork tender.
  • 2 heat buttermilk and butter.
  • 3 mash potatoes and slowly add buttermilk and butter.
  • 4 season with salt, pepper, and fresh chives.
