Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup grated havarti cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 f.
- 2 whip the cream until stiff.
- 3 fold in the havarti cheese and salt into the mashed potatoes.
- 4 place the mashed potatoes in a buttered casserole dish.
- 5 spread the whipped cream over the potatoes.
- 6 bake, uncovered, in oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 7 6 servings.
