Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
• 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (i use 1 tbls dried)
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• salt and pepper
• 1/3 cup chicken broth

Recipe

• 1 place sliced potatoes and onion on 22x18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
• 2 dot with butter.
• 3 sprinkle with cheese, parsley, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
• 4 fold up foil around potatoes; add chicken broth.
• 5 seal edges tightly.
• 6 grill packet, on covered grill, over medium-hot about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
