Ingredients

• 2 lbs simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
• 1/2 cup butter (melted)
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
• 1 pint sour cream
• 10 ounces velveeta cheese (cubed)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with pam. in a large bowl, mix together the above 5 ingredients and pour into the baking dish. bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. remove from the oven and serve.
