Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
• 2 place into a greased 9 inch square baking dish.
• 3 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 70 t0 75 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
• 4 uncover and bake for 10- 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
