Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, diced (skins on or off, whichever you prefer)
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 3 large celery ribs, diced
- 1 small bunch green onion, chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup dill
- 1/2 cup chives
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes in salted water until tender. drain and allow to cool slightly.
- 2 put potatoes in large bowl and add all other ingredients.
- 3 fold gently until the salad is well combined. taste and adjust seasoning.
- 4 chill at least three hours before serving.
