Ingredients

- 2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 ounce dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 20 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and place into crockpot.
- 3 cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
