Ingredients

- salt
- pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 8 potatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 small onion
Recipe
- 1 bake potatoes, peel and cut in small pieces.
- 2 cut up the bacon and fry.
- 3 cut pepper and onion; add to bacon; cook until done.
- 4 put in baking pan with potatoes.
- 5 cover with 8 beaten eggs and bake until set.
- 6 top with cheese.
