Baked Rutabaga "fries"

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 medium rutabaga
  • 1 tablespoon mrs. dash seasoning mix, blend (regular flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 475.
  • 2 peel rutabaga and cut into fries as you would with potatoes.
  • 3 place into large bowl.
  • 4 coat them with the oil.
  • 5 add seasonings and combine.
  • 6 place on large baking sheet, lined with non stick foil.
  • 7 should be one layer.
  • 8 bake 30-40 minute
  • 9 serve hot.
