Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 lbs potatoes, peeled, washed and diced
  • 8 ounces honey butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 peel, wash and dice potatoes.
  • 2 place potatoes into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat just a smidgen (to prevent boil over), cover and let boil for 20-25 minutes, or until potatoes are very tender.
  • 4 drain and add back to pan.
  • 5 mix in the cream cheese, honey butter, whipping cream, salt and pepper with a potato masher or mixer.
  • 6 enjoy!
