Chava's Thin And Crispy Potato Kugel

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 peeled potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons matzo meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 grate potatoes in the food processor.
  • 2 if you can grate with a large hole, use the largest.
  • 3 grate onion.
  • 4 place in large bowl.
