Apple Sweet Potato

• 2 ounces sweet potatoes
• 1/2 tart apple
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 dash lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon honey

Recipe

• 1 cut sweet potato into bite sized pieces. cut apple into wedges. sprinkle with lemon juice.
• 2 put sweet potato, apple and sugar in a saucepan and add water to barely cover. cook over medium heat to boiling.
• 3 when sweet potato is tender, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed. add honey and stir.
