Cauliflower Soup With Croutons Ww

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 slices bread
  • 500 g cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 200 deg celsius.
  • 2 cut the slices of bread into cubes and coat lightly with cooking spray.
