Ingredients

- 6 cups cubed red potatoes, cooked
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 (16 ounce) carton french onion dip
- pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine potatoes, onions, dip and pepper.
- 2 transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- 3 sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts and potatoes are heated thru.
