Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) can crabmeat
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- parsley
Recipe
- 1 bake potatoes until done.
- 2 cut in half lengthwise.
- 3 scoop potato out of skin.
- 4 mash potato with margarine, sour cream and milk.
- 5 stir in crab meat.
- 6 put mixture back into skins.
- 7 sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
- 8 broil until browned.
