Baked Lamb Chops With Red Potatoes And Garlic

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 -5 lbs lamb chops
  • 2 cups red potatoes, sliced in circles
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced in spears
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced in spears
  • 4 garlic cloves (sliced in halves)
  • 1/2-1 cup water or 1/2-1 chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 season lamb chops to taste
  • 2 cut up red potatoes and season
  • 3 slice four garlic cloves in halves
  • 4 slice peppers up into to median size spears
  • 5 in a roast place lamb chops at bottom
  • 6 lay the potatoes on top
  • 7 then add the garlic and peppers atop
  • 8 pour the water/chkn broth in a corner of the roast! do not pour over chops!
  • 9 bake at 400 degree's for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until done!
  • 10 steamed brocolli makes this dish taste wonderful!
