Baked Lamb Chops With Red Potatoes And Garlic

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 -5 lbs lamb chops
- 2 cups red potatoes, sliced in circles
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced in spears
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced in spears
- 4 garlic cloves (sliced in halves)
- 1/2-1 cup water or 1/2-1 chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 season lamb chops to taste
- 2 cut up red potatoes and season
- 3 slice four garlic cloves in halves
- 4 slice peppers up into to median size spears
- 5 in a roast place lamb chops at bottom
- 6 lay the potatoes on top
- 7 then add the garlic and peppers atop
- 8 pour the water/chkn broth in a corner of the roast! do not pour over chops!
- 9 bake at 400 degree's for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until done!
- 10 steamed brocolli makes this dish taste wonderful!
