- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil cauliflower until soft, about 20 minutes.
- 2 drain water and place cauliflower in a food processor. add margarine, skim milk, and salt and pepper. process until the consistency of mashed potatoes.
