Cauliflower-cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 1 large cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut
- 3 medium garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place potato, cauliflower except 2 cups for later, carrot, garlic, onion, salt, and water in sauce pan.
- 2 bring to a boil and then simmer until everything is tender.
- 3 put everything in a blender and put back into a saucepan.
- 4 steam the rest of cauliflower until tender.
- 5 add cauliflower to the pureed and top with cheese.
