- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup light packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 cook the potatoes until tender.
- 2 sprinkle with salt.
- 3 in a skillet mix the brown sugar and water and butter, bring to a boil.
