Bea's Roasted Red Potatoes

- 3 lbs small red potatoes, washed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 combine all ingredients in large bowl. toss to coat on all sides.
- 3 transfer to a large baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender inside and browned and crisp on the outside.
- 4 stir them every 15 minutes so potatoes cook evenly.
- 5 serve immediately.
