Bea's Roasted Red Potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs small red potatoes, washed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in large bowl. toss to coat on all sides.
  • 3 transfer to a large baking dish and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender inside and browned and crisp on the outside.
  • 4 stir them every 15 minutes so potatoes cook evenly.
  • 5 serve immediately.
