Bj's Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lbs.- cooked chicken (grilled, bbq, boiled, broiled)
- 3 1/2 lbs.- lamb (grilled, bbq, boiled, broiled)
- 6 medium size potatoes (peeled and diced small)
- 2 large onions (diced small)
- 3 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb frozen lima beans (more if you like)
- 1 lb frozen green beans (more if you like)
- 2 (16 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 2 (16 ounce) cans corn
- 1/8 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon pepper (or to taste)
- 2 ounces hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder ((or more) or 1 tablespoon garlic salt, if desired ((or more)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons paprika (optional)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 hand pick chicken and lamb into small pieces.
- 2 sautee onions in butter until soft.
- 3 add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, and bring to simmer.
- 4 add potatoes, lamb and chicken, and bring up to simmer again.
- 5 add remaining ingredients and let simmer several hours, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent anything sticking to bottom of pot.
- 6 serve hot with cornbread, biscuits, or crackers.
