Ingredients

- 2 medium onions
- 1 small potato
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 pint milk
- 1/2 pint vegetable stock
- 1 bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 chop onion and potato.
- 2 melt butter and sauté onions until transparent.
- 3 add everything else and bring to the boil. simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
- 4 remove bay leaf and blend.
