Ingredients

- 14 ounces potatoes
- 150 g leeks
- 70 g bacon
- 1 (54 g) packet cheese sauce
- 70 ml single cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 190.
- 2 peel and slice the potatoes and leek and parboil for 10-15 minutes.
- 3 cut the bacon into small pieces and dry fry.
- 4 make cheese sauce.
