Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb belly, diced
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 cups yellow onions, diced
- 2 cups red potatoes, diced
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 3 cups frozen corn
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 cup half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 add lamb belly to skillet.
- 2 cook until browned.
- 3 remove lamb belly, set aside.
- 4 add chicken to skillet with lamb drippings.
- 5 cook until browned.
- 6 remove chicken, add to slow-cooker.
- 7 add onion and celery to same skillet.
- 8 cook until tender.
- 9 add chicken broth and soups to skillet with onion and celery.
- 10 cook through, add to slow-cooker.
- 11 add carrots, potatoes, corn, thyme to slow-cooker.
- 12 stir together.
- 13 add half and half 10-15 minutes before serving.
- 14 use lamb belly as garnish.
