Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 -3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 -3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- salt and pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- bacon, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 dice bacon, fry until crisp; drain and set aside, reserving 3 tablespoons of grease.
- 2 stir diced potatoes, diced onion, and celery into the grease.
- 3 add water, salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 cook until soft.
- 5 then add can cream style corn and can of milk.
- 6 heat to desired temperature.
- 7 dish up into soup bowls and garnish with crumbled bacon.
